Mysterious Letters

Artist Statement "In April 2009, we sent a personal, handwritten letter to each of the 467 households in the small Irish village of Cushendall. We hoped these unsolicited letters would prompt neighbourly discussion, spreading across the town, promoting community curiosity. The art work consists solely of the discussion between the recipients about what on Earth these letters are, who sent them and why, etc.

The Weekend That Was

the weekend started with rhubard stewed with orange juice, served with king island vanilla bean yoghurt. so basically dessert for breakfast.

finished off the stitching for a cushion for a friend - need work on my stitching skills big time


a walk for mr gibson


a new cushion bought at rozelle markets, a bit crusty, but only $7, will need a little sewing

a vintage new game bought at the markets - 6 images that you have to match with the puzzle blocks, kept marley, bee and i all amused for a few hours

some beers with cheese and muscatels

one bored dog wishing for and not getting an afternoon walk

a dinner of champagne, portuguese prawns, salad and sonoma bread bought from the little sonoma store in glebe
